As a British Army Veteran. with 23 years of full service, as a Combat Medical Technician, I left in 2023. My mental health was really impacting my whole life. Within a few months I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD.

I found that whilst crafting, etching and engraving as a hobby, it helped to lessen the noise in my head, allowing me to focus on the fine detail and set processes needed to make these items, whilst having the benefit of some truly beautiful and amazing customised gifts.

I started to sell products just from word of mouth alone and now have an XTool Laser machine, where I am offering much more professional quality, hand Etched glassware and laser engraved products that are fully customisable. offering one of a kind giftware items for purchase. I make people smile by creating everlasting memories.

My goal is to use crafting to eventually help other veterans and those with PTSD and limit the isolation those with mental health feel every day.
